Description
Technologies Used: IDET concentrates on the use of technologies for the analysis of the genomes, the transcriptome (Affymetrix –Plattform) and the protein-protein or protein-ligand-interaction (plasmon resonance technology [BIAcore]). Development of new software for the analysis of the genome, for the geno type determination and the analysis of the transcriptome.
