Brief description
The VEGA Science and Technology Park was founded in 1993 with EU sponsorship funding amounting to 40 million Euros and today covers 35 hectares. VEGA is situated outside Venice in the heart of pulsating Northeast Italy.
The main aims of the park are the development of the site up to the highest standard and to make use of its innovation potential.
VEGA is therefore very anxious to assist with the designing of the urban upvaluation of Porto Marghera, one of the largest industrial areas in Europe.
