  • Transfer to the regional small and medium-sized companies, to which belong the differing agricultural / food branches and applies traceability models (EU Regulation 128/2002, Norm UNI 10939)
  • Technology transfer for the valorisation of the decored olive oil residue for feed purposes
  • Technology transfer for the application of protein concentrates in the leaves as an innovative protein source for the production of animal foods free of genetic engineering
