- 130 m² of incubator area are available
- Furnished offices, fax and photocopier in the central area, Internet (10MB broadband are available to the park), general rooms for meetings, canteen and cafeteria, public transportation
- Nearby there are 170 m² available (own location in the industries zone of Udine – 5 km from the park), another 85 m² available at a branch 20 km from the parc
